Lucy's Backyard Party ~ Austin, TX event photographer

Something had blown in overnight on the morning of little Lucy's 1 year birthday party - it was chilly and brisk (one of the first brisk mornings of October!), and there was barely a cloud in the blue sky - the perfect day for a backyard party complete with steaming hot coffee, freshly toasted Rockstar Bagels (little Lucy's favorite), and good company to keep you warm. I had a really nice time capturing this sweet party, and getting to know little Lucy and her very kind and creative parents. They DIY-ed pretty much everything, perfectly styled miss Lucy, and the cupcakes and cake for her smash at the end was created by their friend and talented pastry chef at Contigo, Kendall Melton!
